My work experience in one of the biggest printing houses was the reason I got an offer to join Alma Quattro in 2008. They needed a person with a good knowledge of the existing OOH material technologies as well as industry development trends that support print quality and adjustment of quantity and desired delivery time.

My previous knowledge was decisive in building a high level of responsibility for new tasks. In Alma I was given an opportunity to apply all the knowledge, skills, and experience in the field of printing as well as to further develop and improve them by meeting clients’ creative demands.

Guided by the idea that success does not only require development at work, but also expansion of knowledge and horizons, I began my business and marketing studies at the European University, and I will successfully graduate soon.

On that development path I have specifically paid attention that my efforts and compliance with stipulated principles also bring benefits to my family, colleagues, and the company.

My position involves production organisation and printing of advertising posters for campaigns, with all the accompanying challenges usually faced by Production Manager.

Alma Quattro is a massive, complex system of providing services to clients in which respecting the given trust is a priority.

Every client is equally important and equally highly ranked with regard to provision of superior services.

The precise monitoring of all the stages of agreed work is implied for regular campaigns, but I equally pay attention to extraordinary/special campaigns with short deadlines within which it is extremely difficult to maintain the quality of agreed work at the agreed price. Extraordinary or special campaigns are most often carried out under high pressure and they bear a certain risk, for which my position requires resourcefulness and persistence in work.

Sportsmanship I have had since my childhood has definitely contributed to the development of required dedication and discipline. My brother and I started practising karate at “Medicinar” sports club. Regular training sessions and competitions have led us to black belts as the highest rank we have achieved in the amateur competition category.

Sport has helped me develop a feeling of friendship and a desire to help others and achieve success as a result of teamwork.

I look forward to all our joint events and celebrations and I know they are important, because thus we celebrate our small individual achievements and contributions to the company.

I think that today Alma Quattro is the leading OOH company owing to the merits of all its employees, from guys who paste up posters to the management team.

That’s why I am looking forward to the celebration of the company’s 25th anniversary this autumn. It’s important. For us as well as for our clients who have led us to this success.
